Outreach to Government Employees

When this sign language interpreting agency was approved as government vendors, they came to us to develop a campaign that would educate government agencies about the availability of their services and streamline the process of requesting interpreters. We created an eblast tailored to the challenges of speaking to an audience with very little familiarity of this agency’s brand.

Expecting the Unexpected

Not only are government agencies required to be fully accessible to all employees and citizens, the State of Minnesota prides itself on exceeding the standards. Still, for many, the task of booking and working with sign language interpreters is an unfamiliar one. This campaign generated awareness of the availability and convenience of a high-quality contracted interpreting agency.

Push-Button Convenience

Sign language interpreting needs often arise suddenly and without warning. To streamline the process of requesting one, this eblast was designed to also provide push-button convenience with buttons linking to the vendor’s service scheduling form. Government employees who later did a search for the email would then be able to quickly skim the FAQs and immediately begin the requesting process.
