Complex Content and Access Needs

An interpreting agency was experiencing challenges in managing large amount of content and multi-tiered content access needs for their internal staff, large contractor workforce, clients, and end consumers. They sought our guidance in recreating their website with a fresh look reflecting their extensive experience, range of services and high standards while efficiently meeting the daily needs of visitors.

We worked closely with them to create an easy-to-navigate site that balances the needs of longtime clients and subcontractors while extending a warm welcome to new prospects.

Paths for Everybody

Our in-depth audience and content analysis revealed multiple audiences and user needs that often did not overlap. We reorganized the content to create clear pathways for both external and internal users, and frequent and infrequent visitors. Both external and internal frequent users are a click away from online reporting and service request forms, while new visitors are able to quickly orient themselves to the site and find the information and resources they seek.

Fresh Yet Historical

As a leader in the field for over two decades, our client already had a strong presence and brand identity in the Bay area. We retained existing brand elements to play off their strengths while giving the the logo a fresh look and revamping their signature colors into a more modernized palette.
