Our Story

For over two decades, AllOut Marketing has connected unique communities through marketing communications and Internet marketing.

Founded in 1995, AllOut Marketing® quickly gained a reputation in Minnesota as medical marketing experts. In recent years, however, demand for our expertise with other traditionally under-served communities increased, and we found ourselves applying our strengths to more markets in Minnesota and nationwide.

While AOM continues to stay true to our medical marketing expertise and supports emerging companies, patients, physicians, medical technology and manufacturers, we are also applying our talents to outreach for Deaf, hard of hearing, DeafBlind, non-profit organizations and the LGBT community.

We look forward to blazing new paths in what we do best: igniting and fostering connections in unique communities.

As founder and CEO, Ruth Lane has an extensive background in executive management, marketing, product development, and business development. She has served on the executive team of various boards including for LifeScience Alley and the Westminster Counseling Center, as well as a Holmes Center Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the UMN Carlson School of Management.

Alicia Lane-Outlaw

Alicia Lane-Outlaw

President/Chief Creative Officer

A creative with an affinity for science and technology, Alicia Lane-Outlaw brings over two decades of experience in online marketing, strategy, web development, web accessibility, graphic design, and creative direction. A longtime Deaf activist, she most recently served on the board of the National Association of the Deaf and as a judge to select the 2016 awardees for the nation’s only Deaf artist residency program.
